Hello there!
I like seeing that you are into drawing!
But, as a critique, i must give out the full truth on the piece.
Cat heads are not 100% circular. They do have angles and bends in them.
The bangs on it's face (sorry, im not sure if its male, female, or what. I dont wanna say she and its pronouns are he) are too straight and just kinda, not look like they fit onto the cat. Try connecting it to the top of the head, from the circle, not somewhere below.
The ears are cute, but are too far down on the head. (i still do this at times!) and too pointy (im guilty...i do this all the time) Ears on cats are big, depending on the breed, but try making them a little smaller. .
The eyes are far too big and ovally. Try making smaller circles, almost like a football shape to start with.
The neck and chest are the same thing, but not really. There is a cure that goes from the head to the legs, not a straight line.
Try adding some shoulders, too.
Like VulpusGryphyx said, the bad needs to be arched, not sloped.
Cat tails dont stick up straight, they flow and normally arent really really hairy, unless its a Norwegian forest cat or the like. The legs need a little more shape too.
Other than that, i think it looks really nice!
You will learn as you draw more often. Try looking up tutorial or stock images on here, youtube, etc. It really helps. I still do that time to time. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/>
